1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using PIXMAP software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Product Description
PIXMAP is a professional LED mapping desktop software that allows users to create pixel patches, masks, and export configurations to Resolume Arena. The software is provided as a subscription-based license.
3. License
- Upon purchase, you receive a single-user license valid for 1 year.
- The license is tied to one machine at a time. You may deactivate and re-activate on a different machine via your dashboard.
- You may not share, resell, or transfer your license to another person.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the software is strictly prohibited.
4. Subscription & Payment
- PIXMAP is available on a yearly subscription basis.
- Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Your license is activated immediately upon successful payment.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry.
5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, logos, and materials related to PIXMAP are the intellectual property of Pixadoo. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
PIXMAP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixadoo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of PIXMAP or inability to use the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license without notice if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or misuse the software.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PIXMAP after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
